Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs

long process but did turn out great. the ribs were nice and moist but the sauce was just OK but i did leave out the liquid smoke cause i personally dont care for it. I find it makes the recipes taste fake if that makes any scense. But it did call for alot of ingredients which made the taste very yummy but I think the sauce needs some altering to give it a good kick.

Southern Peach Cobbler

This recipe did taste good but coming from someone that has eatten peach cobbler from the south all the way to the west this peach cobbler does not taste like real southern peach cobbler. However it is a good taste and I'd have to agree with the other reviews the crust on this is a bit like a giant cookie. It is hard to tell if its done because of the sugar and cinnamon that you sprinkle on top. great recipe though. my kids liked it and my husband to but like i said I'd call my self a number one fan of peach cobbler and this does not taste as good as the real stuff.

Perfectly Simple Pumpkin Cheesecake

I love this recipe except i would have to agree with another review. I also could not get the center to cook right. I did it exactly the way it said but 30 minutes was not enough time for the cooking process. I will try this recipe again and will try cooking it for much longer.

Bacon Wrapped Chicken

LOVED IT LOVED IT! this recipe is very easy to do. I did do what the other reviews said and took the mayo out and added in low fat sour cream. I also read that it did not have much flavor so i spread crushed garlic on the inside of the chicken and sprinkled with onion salt before adding the cream cheese and chives. I also pre baked the bacon till almost done. I also did skim milk and for the noodles i used whole wheat.Turned out great. the sauce is very thick and tastefull and the chicken was very moist. A very quick and cheap to make. Kids loved it.

Grandma Ople's Apple Pie

i love this recipe. i would have to agree with everyone else must add cinnamon and nutmeg it made it way delicious! my husband and kids all love this recipe. I would say that 8 large apples will make about two pies but if you use just 8 small ones that should work fine. i also took a suggestion from one of the other reviewers and added slices of butter on top of the apples before placing my crust on top and it makes a really big difference. i had made one earlier in the week and forgot to put the butter on top and my crust did not taste as good but by adding the butter it made my crust taste so much yummier.
