Sweet and Sour Chicken Tenders

Loved it & it was a Big hit with my kids too! (ages 2,3,&7) The only changes I made were using red wine vinegar (it was all I had) and using just over half of what it called for, I cut the chicken into bite sizes pieces before doing anything else, I used a 9x9 dish lined with aluminum foil and I covered it with aluminum foil while cooking. I should have doubled the while recipe! We will be using this recipe a lot from now on.

Perfect Baked Potato

I used sea salt instead of regular salt, I also bumped up the temp to 375 and only cooked them for 60 min. They were perfect! Thank you.

Double Tomato Bruschetta

I let the tomato mix set for about 4 hours. My bread got burnt the first time so you have to watch it closely - but then again, I've never used the broil setting before! Once I got it figured out the recipe was great! These are best fresh, I let them sit for a couple hours - they were still good but soggy instead of crunchy. So don't make them in advance! Thanks for the great recipe! I usually don't like bruschetta but I really love these!

White Chocolate, Chocolate Cookies

We loved these cookies! I used 1 tsp baking soda and 1 tsp baking powder. I didn't have any white chocolate chips so I used white chocolate almond bark and broke it into small chunks. They did come out looking gooey but I followed what all the other reviews said and only cooked them for 8 min. They were perfect, Thank you so much for this recipe!
