Pretty good, needed some adjustments. After one of my pretzels started to "melt" in the baking soda solution, I cut the baking soda to 1/3 of a cup, and combined it with 6 c. water on the stove. Once it came to a boil, I dropped in each pretzel individually until the outside started to solidify, and then scooped it out using a spatula. When they came out of the oven, they were certainly tasty but the underside was still a bit goopy and uncooked, though the tops were done. If I did it again, I'd drop the temperature to 375-390 and stick them in there for 15-20 min, so they were more evenly cooked.
