Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
These are amazing! I followed the recipe exactly and they turned out great. I unwrapped the cups and put them in the freezer for 30 min. Bake these for exactly 8 min even if they don't look done. I am not a huge fan of PB Cups but this recipe seems to tone them down a bit. Everyone loved these and I was asked for this recipe several times.

Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting
The BEST! This frosting was amazing. Make sure the lemon zest is in very small pieces not strips. If you are planning to decorate and the frosting needs to hold its shape you must use all of the sugar the recipe calls for. Great balance of all the flavors.

Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake
The BEST! This is the most moist cake I've EVER had. I didn't have alcohol so I used chocolate milk and 1 cup chocolate chips and 1 cup chopped up Andes Mints. Next time I will definetly use the alcohol and ALL chocolate chips. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and don't frost. It is hard to tell when it's done but I baked for exactly 1 hour and it came out perfect. Will definetly make this recipe over and over!
