Simply the Easiest Beef Brisket

Wow! This is fantastic. It is tender, juicy, and had a real BBQ flavor. I followed the recipe exactly. I used a Heineken beer. My BF and I enjoyed this so much. Thank you, PMARRIE!

Apple Crisp II

Wow! This is sooooo good. I used Splenda instead of sugar, and splenda brown-sugar blend instead of brown-sugar. 1/2 cup of water for a double batch is necessary due to use of splenda. Yum, yum, yum! Hubby is already asking when I will make it again.

Chicken Alfredo with Fettuccini Noodles

I just made this recipe for dinner. We loved it! After reading reviews of others, I made the following changes: Cut the sauce recipe in half (there is plenty of sauce), except the parmesan, keep it at a cup or more. The better the parmesan the better it will taste. I sauted 2 cloves of garlic in the butter before adding the other ingredients. Just before the pasta finished cooking, I tossed in some fresh broccoli florets. I grilled 4 chicken breasts sprinkled with cajun seasoning. Mixed the sauce with the drained pasta, broccoli and grilled chicken. So good! You can change this up a thousand ways...shrimp, salmon, pork...grilled veggies. Some complained about a grainy sauce, but I cooked mine for several minutes giving the ricotta a chance to breakdown. Perfect! Thanks Gregory!

Maria's Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Just finished eating this fabulous dinner! YUMMMMMMMMY! This recipe is versatile (adjusting garlic, cheeses to your liking) and still remains very true to the recipe. As others suggested I added sauted garlic and some parm. cheese to ricotta mix. Be sure to use the eggs, it keep the filling IN the chicken! Flattened out chicken, stuffed them full, covered with sauce; fastened them closed with toothpicks. Baked them for 45 mins....sprinkled with mozz and more parm, back in oven for 15 mins. My fiance and I thoroughly enjoyed this recipe!!! It will be a regular around here.
