About this Cook
I am a recently married and I love cooking for my husband...and he loves eating it! I am a culinary graduate and currently working on my marketing degree.
My favorite things to cook
I love to bake! I usually get yelled at because then everyone is going to eat the goodies and get "fat" but I am usually good about choosing healthy alternatives. I love anything pumpkin, vanilla and lemon. I just made a curried pumpkin soup and it was the best thing I ate since my wedding day.
My cooking tragedies
I burnt a pecan pie in a old non callibrated oven while my husband, boyfriend at the time, lived in our first apartment...I was so embaressed because all his friends were over and I ended up not having anything but hot hocolate packets to bring to my Christmas party.

Pecan Pie Muffins
I hate giving a bad review but these are awful. HOLY BUTTER! There is not much taste to them either besides for the pecans which i toasted before hand. I cant serve these to my family, i love them too much.

Sweet and Spicy Curry with Chickpeas
This is so delicious. I have been searching for a beautiful saucey curry dish like this to make at home. My husband and I love these flavors and I am so pleased with how it turned out. I served over jasmine rice and I used the remaining coconut milk in the rice...great combo!! Thanks!
