Slow Cooker Pork Chops

i typically don't give such a low star score but this recipe was nothing special- or good for that matter, whatsoever. Maybe I am giving it 2 stars because i eat sauerkraut often in various dishes so for someone who has had many amazing dishes with sauerkraut, this is super bland. i actually threw out the entire meal, im really surprised because it received such a great rating so i was excited to try it.

Slow-Cooker Pepper Steak

it is a good recipe - it lacked a special "kick" to it, but it is a perfect recipe to add your own extras into. I followed the recipe as is, the meat came out perfect, the peppers were soft but i like them like that. I served to 6 and 4 of them really liked it, and 2 liked but felt it was fine but nothing amazing.

Broccoli Cheese Soup

I realized that I needed 2 make dinner quickly and took what I had on hand, which was basically everything in this recipe. I used fresh garlic & sauteed with the onion. Came out perfect. If yours comes out too liquidy, add more corn starch and you will be fine. Also, I had American Cheese slices- so I used that. It tasted similar to the broccoli cheddar soup fr Panera Bread. Im happy I accidentally found this and from now on this is the recipe I will use.

Meatball Nirvana

It is a very good meatball recipe. I cut the crushed red pepper in half but still felt it was a bit much for my 3 year old and myself. Next time I'll try just a quarter of what the recipe calls for- for the crushed red pepper. I was very pleased with this recipe, it was very flavorful, but it went perfect once I poured pasta sauce over the meatballs.

Garlic Chicken

It was good, reminded me a bit of shake and bake but it was quicker 2 cook. I used a generous amount of garlic (2+tablespoons) and I softened it up on a pan in o.o. But the garlic flavor wasn't very present, I'm not sure what else I can do 2 enhance the garlic flavor. It was the fastest baked chicken dish Ive made and because I always have the ingredients in stock, it will be a frequent dish in my home. ( also I did put sea salt & crushed pepper for added flavor, before putting it into the cheese/crumbs mixture and it was a good addition).

Creamed Peas

this is a "grandma" recipe, its amazing but it's one of those recipes that if you havent tried it before, it's hard to make to tailor it to your taste. I play with the salt and pepper to my taste and use corn starch when flour is not available to thicken the sauce. it comes out amazing, i love it and so does my non-pea liking family

Easiest Oven Baked Chicken

it was good for what it was. I like oven baked chicken and I like to alternate the flavors so I liked the result. It was not "spectacular" (because this recipe I think is made as an everyday alternate) but it tasted very good and like I noticed a lot of readers wrote- it was VERY juicy :). It was an alternate to shake & bake. I did-as others suggested- add season all a few minutes before, and then instead of just pouring butter over it, I put some butter on a pan with garlic and cooked it a few minutes on each side in that before dipping it in the crumbs. The crumbs didn't all stick but I just poured the remaining crumbs over the chicken anyway and I enjoyed eating even the crumbs when they came out of the oven. It was the juciest chicken I have made so far and I've been cooking for a while. Def making again and this beats shake and bake and breaded chicken. I used saltine crackers

Veal Scallopini

It was good, i thought it would be better if maybe i sauteed the mushrooms 1st on the pan before cooking the veal, this way more mushroom flavor would go into the meat, but i didnt. I followed recipe and it was good. I will make it again but not on a regular basis

Best Steak Marinade in Existence

i should have marinated longer, it really was delicious though. I had rib eye, put cast iron skillet in ovet at 500 degrees for 20 min, then i took skillet out of oven, placed over high heat on oven, seared steaks without moving, 3 min each side, then threw oven on broil and did 3 min each side on broil, about 6 inches from flame. after that, i let stand 5 minutes so juices absorb. came out great, making again soon and will marinate more than 30 minutes this time.

Chile Pork

Made it w "mexican rice II" from this site. Great combination. Now as far as the pork is concerned... i read other reviews and i cooked it 1 hr n 20 min total. I wasnt sure which review 2 follow so i followed a bit of all... I cooked at 225 in oven, for the 1st 25 min i kept my shallow, loosely packed dish covered in aluminium foil, after 25 min i uncovered, let cook at 225... last 5 min i threw it under thr broilder to make it crispier. also, the spices seem like a lot, it seems like 2 much spice for the amount of meat, but it does not come out spicy, it comes out perfectly seasoned. My meat tasted great and it was nice and still juicy. i am making this again, soon

Mexican Rice II

Easier Chicken Marsala

I tried this dish, it was "clean" tasting but i didn't like it. I was surprised bcuz i like almost anything and this dish had great reviews. I followed recipe exactly as it was. i wont cook this again. I didn't like the flavor the marsala gave i guess. if anyone has a tip- maybe a certain kind of marsala works better.

it was very good, i followed the recipe, had a lot of flavor, the parmasean cheese was too overpowering, but i will make it again as it was still very tasty, maybe ill throw in a little breadcrumbs next time to substitute for half of the parmasean

Chicken and Red Wine Sauce

Best chicken breasts I've made. I ran out of ideas this evening so i searched the internet and made this with "garlic mashed potatoes secret recipe" went together extremely well. Unfortunately it came out slightly dry but that was my fault, flavor was definitley something 2 brag about. i will make this a regular recipe in my rotation. love it

Garlic Mashed Potatoes Secret Recipe

I am not a potato lover, infact i usually make only meat and salad or veggies when cooking for myself. However, cooking for my family, I make potatoes etc.. today I tried this recipe, it was amazing, I actually ate potatoes alone (My meat dish was not finished).. so i tried the potatoes and I was just eating it as if the potatoes were the full meal. I did however alter the recipe by using roasted garlic as others did. consitency was excellent as was the flavor
