After 20 years in the restaurant business and moving to Canada, i am a stay-at-home mom. I have 3 kids,10/7/2,(4 if you count the husband!). I love all aspects of food and wine. We frequently entertain, mostly in the summer.

My favorite family cooking traditions
My husband cooks every Saturday night. The kids (sometimes) help. It's a nice break for me and the kids love when Dad makes dinner.
My cooking triumphs
Making meringue. I thought this to be chef quality but it's really simple.

More than i want to admit to. I can never get perogies to crisp up without sticking together or to the pan!
