Mushroom and Mascarpone Ravioli
Just heavenly. The best ravioli I have ever had. I have made them both with wonton wrappers and homemade pasta, and I actually liked the wonton wrappers better. Maybe because I steam them rather than put them in a pot of boiling water so they do not get mushy or fall apart. I'll save the fresh pasta for my lasagnas. Thanks for posting!!

Sesame Crusted Mahi Mahi with Soy Shiso Ginger Butter Sauce
This is the BEST dish I have ever eaten, and I've eaten in quite a few top rated places. TIP: I didn't want to open a whole bottle of wine so I used mirin (Japanese rice wine) which gave it a subtle sweet flavor. Otherwise, made as directed. THANKS! This will be my go to company recipe. My husband was eating the sauce with a spoon.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
Not that this recipe needs another rave review but I had to do it. I put in about twice the amount of potato and ham called for, and like the author said, it worked out great. The only bad thing about this soup is I couldn't get anyone in my family to eat anything else until it was gone (including myself).
