Irish Tea Cake
Yumm! We loved this! I made it with an Irish dinner last night, and it was gobbled up! I made another one today Light and fluffy with a delicate taste. Perfect with coffee or tea, or topped with strawberries

Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread
Oh goodness. I have been making soda bread using this recipe since I was about ten. When I went off to college, I lost the recipe. I just found it today and cannot wait! to make more! It is always a HUGE hit with friends and family. I top with a strawberry jam (i slice strawberries and cook them in sugar for about 30 minutes) or just butter. yummm! Can't wait for my boyfriend to try it for the first time :)

German Potato Pancakes
Yumm! I make these all the time for my boyfriend. They are easy, relatively quick, and sooo great. Top with warm applesauce, and they can't be beaten!!!
