Sugar Cookie Icing
I followed the recipe and added additional corn syrup as instructed but the almond extract completely ruined this recipe for me. I was really disappointed, maybe next time I'll try this with a different extract.

Easiest Oven Baked Chicken
I used the basic premise of this recipe to create my own. Instead of saltines I used Ritz as also suggested and then I added a dash of pepper, crushed red pepper and italian seasoning to the breading. It only took 50 minutes to bake (as I used thinly sliced pieces of chicken) and I put a couple of dollops of butter in the baking dish as well to keep the chicken moist. I still coated the chicken with melted butter before coating with the breading. It turned out great after the above revisions.

Baked Potato Chips Chicken
I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty this dish turned out! Instead of using chicken tenders I used boneless, skinless chicken breast. I didn't use the meat tenderizer, and had to use a substitution for the self-rising flour (1 cup of flour, 1 and 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt). I ended up cooking the chicken for 45 minutes and even with the changes the chicken came out perfectly! The only thing I may change in the future is decreasing the amount of salt in this dish, as I felt the chicken was overly salty (especially with the chips). I will definitely be making this again! Thanks for the great recipe!
