Asian Chicken Salad
Family gave it a thumbs up. I did not toast the sesame seeds and it was still wonderful. Served it with a side of multi grain loaf bread cut into slices. Will make again. VERY easy to make.

Beef and Noodle Casserole
My picky kids even liked it! Kept arguing with me, 'It looks like chili, it smells like chili" so now we call it, "No, it's NOT chili"

Chicken Cashew Salad
I added a few more items: Green onion, black olive, and carrots for color. Family like itand voted to 'let's do this one again'. Son thought there was too much dressing, so he only picked out and ate the cashews! Everyone else enjoyed it!
