Easy OREO Truffles
Easy with only 3 ingredients but what a MESS to make. The oreo/cream cheese mix is very greasy then trying to cover them in chocolate is a total mess - I did use semi-sweet chocolate chips so maybe that was the problem. I was very disappointed. My friend said it tasted great, but was very rich (I don't eat chocolate) !

Pumpkin Pie Pudding
I just made this for Thanksgiving and I was very pleased with it. It was very simple and it did cook in about 4 1/2 hours on low. It tasted great after it cooled. It was not very tasty straight out of the crock pot when it was hot. I did omit the pumpkin pie spice and just added cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves to my liking. I will definitely make it again.
