I have Celiac Disease so cook gluten free. I also recently gave up sugar and went vegetarian. (Cooking has gotten fun!!! No sugar, flour or meat...)

White Chocolate Fudge
I made multiple batches and definitely recommend not making it plain. On its own it is over-poweringly sweet. If you don't like nuts I made a batch with crunched up pretzels in it and that was a big hit.

Million Dollar Fudge
This was a big hit. If you are really quick you can spoon it into cupcake papers before it starts to set up and make cute little mini-fudges to give to neighbors and friends.
