Singaporean Tender Pork Spare Ribs
I prefer bbq ribs but these were very very good... my husband on the other hand said : These are the best ribs I have ever tasted, my mom would love these too !! Which, for a very picky eater is saying quite a lot. Will do again, of course !

Slow Cooker Cocktail Smokies
I was very skeptical about this recipe so I tested it first. Funny how the taste changes as it cooks. After an hour the smoky flavor from the bbq sauce was so overwhelming I thought this was a big mistake but after 2 hours the smokiness was slight and balanced and delicious. I couldn’t believe it. I reheated them the next day in the microwave oven and they were still perfect. Strange but this works !

Sweet Restaurant Slaw
Wow !! Big hit !! My mother-in-law asked for the recipe... !!! My father-in-law said it was better than the one at his favorite restaurant. As per reviews I cut sugar in half and replaced poppy seeds by celery seeds. A keeper.
