Steak House Au Gratin Potatoes

Omg! This dish was delicious! I've made au gratin potato recipes before and I have always felt they came out just a little too cheesy and overpowered the main dish. This was absolutely perfect. I did not have heavy cream, so I used someone's tip of using milk and adding melted butter to it. I also added just about a half cup of freshly shaved Parmesan cheese to the potato mixture and baked for about 45 minutes before adding the cheddar to the top. Another 20 minutes and it was just perfect. Thanks for the recipe. Will definitely make again.

Apricot Chicken I

I have been using this exact recipe for years, but with chicken thighs, legs, and breasts. I always make a lot because it goes fast and it's great the following day. When I first heard what was in it I thought it sounded disgusting, but I had already eaten it, and it was delicious! So if you haven't tried it yet, or are skeptical because of the ingredients, don't be. I still get requests to make it after all these years.

Crustless Cranberry Pie

This is the first review I have ever written. I have made this pie 3 times this year and always get requests for it. I have actually only tasted it once because it is always the first dessert gone by the time I try to get a piece. I made it exactly as directed, the only thing I did was cut a few of the larger cranberries in half, and everyone seems to love it. If you are looking for something different to serve instead of a regular cake or pie, this is definitely it. And the best part is, it only takes a few minutes to make.
