About this Cook
I am identical triplet, we founded We have been cooking and baking since we were 5 and on our own making the family dinners since 7 years old. 31 years later our families favorite place to hang out is in the kitchen. You can find me alone or with my sisters in the kitchen baking anytime after midnight. It is a stress reliever and we have our time to do what we love most.
My favorite things to cook
Favorite things to cook are comfort style foods(lasagna, spaghetti, chili,chicken n dumplings) , we can't always eat it so we love to Grill or make recipes less fat and calories(fish packets, lemon wine sauce chicken, thai chicken w/ peanut sauce). We also have request everyday for our cookies and bars, cupcakes are a hit as well. So our friend, families and co-workers are always smiling.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Cooking all through the night, been doing it since I was young. My triplet sisters and I, now our husbands are so used to it, it does not even phase them anymore.
My cooking triumphs
I had the opportunity to make a wedding cake for a friends wedding. They did not want to pay the money for cake so my sisters and I did a three tiered wedding cake with red roses all over a chocolate buttercream. It was so beautiful the bride just cried and said it was the most special thing anyone has ever done for her. They are a bit alternative so we did chocolate, so it was not traditional, they were thrilled, I have to find the photos.
My cooking tragedies
Overcooked fudge, i had a few drinks and threw the whole pan, fudge and all in the POOL...... Laughed for a month.

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust
This recipe is my favorite. I have used it right on the grill as well, It work great. I get requests all the time for pizza crust. I used half oil once it worked just fine.
