I had great luck with this recipe. It did beat up fluffy and I did pipe it on my cupcakes and it held its shape well. I added about 1/2 a cup more sugar and I just eyeball the milk when I added it but the measurements seem right. Just because it is butter and peanut butter, it might not hold up well in heat, like a summer picnic but we had NO PROBLEM. From experience, I know the key to fluffy is room temperature ingredients as well a beating in the air with every step...first with the creaming of the wet and then as the sugar is added and then as you add the milk. Great peanut butter flavor!
