Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2014
A home run with my family of 5! The beef is very tender and the flavor is so rich and satisfying! I followed the recipe exactly but doubled it and still had only one serving leftover! I wouldn't change a thing!

Stephanie's Freezer Spaghetti Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2012
I have made this sauce twice and my entire family loves it! After all other ingredients are cooked I puree it right in the pot with my immersion blender and then I add 1 pound of browned ground turkey and 1 pound of browned ground mild Italian sausage to make a meaty sauce that is excellent on pasta or in lasagna. Thanks for this delicious recipe, it's a keeper!

Southwestern Turkey Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2011
Very flavorful soup! It was too hot for my family so I added 2tsp lemon juice to counteract the cayenne pepper. Also, I added the turkey last so I could strain the chunky veggies out with a slotted spoon after they cooked soft. Then I used my Braun wand mixer to puree them smooth before I added them back to the pot. Then added the turkey and the result was a consistency that was perfect for my picky crew! Thanks for a great way to use leftover turkey from Thanksgiving.

Chicken Enchiladas II

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2009
Delicious and Easy! I used ready-to-use frozen Tyson Fully Cooked Oven Roasted Diced Chicken Breast (thawed prior to mixing)and followed the recipe as written. My husband and son argued over who would get the one enchilada that was left over!

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2009
Fabulous Tasting! The only change I made was instead of using the full can of jalapenos, I just used the all the "jalapeno juice" in the can by draining it and none of the actual peppers, this gave it the pepper flavor and a bit of an edge that mellowed when we had it the next day. I used 4 cooked and shredded chicken breasts that I had seasoned with salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, bay leaf (remove after baking), 1/2 cup water and baked in baking pan covered tight with foil @ 375 for approx. 50 min. Let cool 30 minutes prior to shredding. Twice as good the next day!!!
