Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken
I followed the recipe exactly except I used boneless skinless chicken thighs. It was delicious! My husband had to stop himself from eating more than his fill, and my 2 year-old cleaned her plate! This will definitely be added to our dinner rotation!

Apple Pork Chops
This was my first ever apple-y pork chop experience, and it was good. The flavor was a bit odd, but I think that was because it was new. My husband is weird about soft apples - so it wasn't his favorite, but my daughter and I liked it. I took the advice of some of the reviewers and exchanged the cloves for cinnamon. The sauce kept the pork chops moist. I served it over whole wheat spaghetti noodles. Great combo.

Hot Fudge Pudding Cake II
My grandma used to make a cake similiar to this for my mom on her birthdays, but no one in my family had the recipe for it. Anyway, this cake was very yummy, and it satisfied my mom's nostalgic birthday needs. It was very easy to make too. THANKS!
