My family loved this menu. I made it all, just as directed. My son kept wanting to know what we were celebrating. It was very easy to make and look to fancy. I was going to take a picture of the meal, but by the time I thought of it, it was only empty plates and empty glasses.
The mango Soup was very good. I didn't make it ahead of time so it could chill, so I just put it in the frozen ice cream/sorbet maker bowl I have. Perfect. The Tapenade was great on pita chips and the sandwich was so good, but how can you go wrong with fresh mozza, fresh basil and fresh tomatoes? We did each drizzle a little olive oil on the sandwich and either put balsamic vinegar on it, or dipped it in the balsamic.
