Mom's Country Gravy
This is a great recipe but for the old timers we did not use whole milk in it. We used half and half canned carnation milk with 1/2 water and it is much richer and always use bacon or sausage drippings to get the authentic taste.

Beef Enchiladas II
The person who said flour tortilla's ugh, well let me tell you we all are not of hispanic desent and prefer a softer wrap this ia our choice to make and not to have someone chactise us for it. I like both but not corn perticularly. So if you can't say something nice don't write a comment.

Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy
This makes the juciest burgers and the gravy was great even the next day.The only thing I saw that it was not salty enough had to add salt at table. I did try by adding mushrooms but I won't do that again, it was not as good and don't slice the onions so thin they tend to cook away. But is is probably the first Hamburger Steak recipe I have gotten that the meat was not tough and tasteless. Try it you will like it. The red wine is next to be added.
