This was very good. Following the advice of others, I cut my chicken into bite-size pieces, and after seasoning with a bit of salt and pepper, I shook the pieces in a bag with flour before browning in oil on medium high heat. I also added the Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce to the sauce mix along with some chopped up green onions at the end. It was delicious and easy since I had all ingredients on hand. I had it on top of Jasmine rice while the mister had it in a roll. Great both ways. Next time, I would make a bit extra sauce (maybe 1/3 more) so I could have some to spoon over the rice. What I did make reduced very quickly.
