This was a life saver. I opened a premade pizza crust I had just bought and it was already moldy. Most of the crust recipes called for yeast which I didn't have. This made a great quick substitute. I had to increas the batter by a half in order to cover the pan. Also, I didn't get the batter evenly spread so it didn't cook evenly. Easily fixed next time.

Salmon with Brown Sugar and Bourbon Glaze

We did not like this recipe. I ended up with a thick sweet burnt sugar coating that spoiled some expensive wild sockeye salmon. I realize I am in the minority, so maybe it was the cook, but I won't make again.

Acapulco Margarita Grouper

This is excellent. 2nd time I've made it. This time I used Grand Marnier, organge roughy, red onion, fresh tomato and basal from the garden. It is now part of my recipes. Make this, you won't be disapointed.
