Soft Oatmeal Cookies
Of all the recipes for oatmeal cookies I've made over the years, these are by far the best! Have to agree with RedSoxRule that can't put my finger on what separates this from the rest, but they are awesome! Although I omitted the cinnamon and added 3/4 cup coconut that I pulsed a few times in the food processor(think the texture of the cookie is better if I do this)and in doing so, added 1/4 cup less white sugar, due to the sweetness of the coconut. Next time I may make it as written...either way, this is one good cookie!

Grandmother Stougaard's Caramel Pecan Sweet Rolls
I'm thrilled to be the first to rate this recipe! These are the BEST cinnamon rolls I've made on this site! As for being time consuming, they are no more than any other cinnamon roll recipe. I had originally planned to frost them, but they are perfect without. My husband who doesn't usually like sweets, can't get enough of these. The only change I made was chopping the pecans instead of leaving them whole. You've got a real winner here. Thanks so much for submitting.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
These are absolutely the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever made! I am not a big fan of chocolate chip cookies, but my husband was asking for some so I deceided to try this recipe. Boy, am I glad I did! They are exactly like you stated...chewy on the inside and crispy on the outside. I used Ghiraradelli semi-sweet chocolate chips(which I think are better than the Nestles)and followed the recipe to the letter. I also think using butter instead of margarine is a must to obtain the perfect texture. THANK YOU, THANK YOU,THANK YOU Dora!
