Banana Fritters

Thanks for this recipe! I have since substituted the banana's with all different things from blueberry pie filling to pumpkin pie filling, pineapple and coconut etcetc and they are all awesome! I will be selling these at my shop this summer with homemade ice cream!

Mushroom and Potato Chowder

I followed this exactly and it just wouldn't thicken for me. I ended up blending half to thicken it and the flavour was amazing!

Beer Cheese Soup VI

Made this yesterday. I had no dijon so used dry mustard and worchestishire instead. Also subsituted cheez whiz. LOVED IT!!!!
