Salt and Garlic Bagel Chips
Sooo tasty! I really never knew stale bagels could have a second chance! These would be perfect with a nice dip, but they were satisfying as any chip on their own too with all the great natural flavours. I forgot the Italian seasoning, but it was still great. Needed to keep adding oil to have enough.

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs
Used this recipe to make chicken breasts. They turned out really nice. I love the rosemary flavour in there. I did mine in the oven on 375 for 15 min per side. I made a bit more sauce for the pasta I served it with

Banana Banana Bread
It's amazing how simple yet delicious this recipe is! I was making it up one handed on the phone, so I just mixed everything in 1 bowl, but I think the result was fine- very moist and exactly what you want in a classic banana bread. I topped mine with walnut pieces and a sprinkle of brown sugar before baking, which was a great addition.
