Wheat Crackers
I made some changes to this recipe, but it turned out great! I was out of A.P. flour, so I used all Whole Wheat. I also added a handful of chip crumbs and a cup of crushed rice cereal (for texture and just because) I also added sesame seeds, sesame oil (and subbed the veg oil for Olive) parsley, and oregano. I also drizzled a little bit of beer in after the water, to get the consistency right (I added extra dry ingredients too). Also I HATE rolling out dough of any kind, so I just patted it into the cookie sheet. I had more than I needed for one cookie sheet, so I left my crackers thick. I sprinkled extra sesame oil and sesame seeds on top as well as come coarse salt. They came out VERY tasty, but were too thick and dense. I will keep this recipe as my stand by and I will follow the partial A.P. flour and THIN rolling rules, next time ^_^.

Healing Cabbage Soup
I rated this 4 stars bc I made some changes (as I always do). This was DELICIOUS! This was my first cabbage soup. I used vegetable bouillon instead of chicken, and I added lots more black pepper, and an entire head of cabbage & 2 cans of stewed tomatoes. I also added Parsley, Oregano, Sesame Oil, toasted sesame seeds, copped baby carrots, I also added 1 red potato at the beginning (to thicken slightly) and then added another, and a yellow potato toward the end, so they would have some body. Will definitely make this again!

Eileen's Spicy Gingerbread Men
This recipe is ok. The dough is sticky and I had to add much more flour to get it to a rolling consistency. Taste is god, but a little heavy on the salt, I'd do a heaping 1/4 Tsp next time. Also these were mild in flavor for my house's taste. I'd up the cinnamon and ginger to a full TSP next time. Also I cut these a little thicker than 1/4" and then they rolled and cut much better. Pretty tasty all in all.
