Apple Pie Filling

This recipe is Awesome!! I cut it back cause I only needed the filling for one pie. Next time I will make as listed and freeze cause it is that good. I admit, it was a little saucy, but I like the sauce while my husband likes the apples. So having some on reserve for myself is Great. I also had a couple spoonfuls of sauce after I put the reserve in a bottle and am at this moment eating it on toast. Yum! Yum! Yum! and did I mention Yum!?

Basil Chicken over Angel Hair

I only gave it four stars cause I didn't follow to the letter. But it still turned out very yummy and we'll see what hubby thinks after work. But I used can tomatoes because that was what I had on hand and less basil since we are not big on it. I still liked it.

Classic Macaroni Salad

This is my go-to recipe for Macaroni Salad. I get swamped with requests for the recipe everytime I make it. Next to my Deviled Eggs, this is the most requested dish for me to bring to any gathering. The only thing I do different, is no carrot (hubby doesn't like it). But I put in red pepper and yellow pepper to make it more colorful. It's still the best recipe in my box. :D

Fluffy French Toast

Not very impressed. I only had regular whole wheat bread instead of thick bread. I let the slices soak in it as instructed and it only made 6 slices (which was fine, we're a family of 3). And It was soggy on the inside, but if I had let them cook longer the bread would have been burned instead of brown. Haha But it was a good taste, all in all

Easy Baked Chicken Cordon Bleu

This recipe is alright. My husband loves cordon bleu but I had never made it before. I never had to pound a chicken breast before so it got messy. And the toothpicks were a mess to remove. So above all a 3 :(
