Thai Grilled Chicken with Sweet Chile Dipping Sauce

I didnt add tumeric because I didnt have any. BUT just the way it was!!! one word...AWESOME!!! I used chicken wings and my crew inhaled them. I didnt make the sweet chili dipping sauce because I already had some handy in a bottle!! Will make this again VERY soon!

Barbecued Lima Beans

These were okay...but my crew is used to Mexican beans ...refried ...charro etc. So the sweet taste didnt go down to well. On a seperate note. I thought they were pretty good.

Hungarian Pork Chops

This turned out great! It was a hit at my house. Doubled up the paprika because i used sweet paprika...also mixed ketchup with fresh tomatoe sauce. I used fresh cream instead of sour cream which is difficult to find in Mexico. All in all it was a grand hit. I served them over spaetzle (german noodles).

Broccoli Rabe and Sausage

The recipe is good. The flavour is excellent...but I live in Mexico and we dont have lemon so I always use lime. The next time i will defintely cut the amount of lemon in half. Also had to use chorizo for the sausage, which turned out excellent. I served over bowtie pasta. even the kids liked it...but definitely have to cut the lemon in half
