Angela's Easy Breaded Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2001
I am a full-time student, and this is a nice, easy, inexpensive, stress-free meal to make, and delicious, too! I did it "shake n' bake" style by putting the bread crumbs in a zip lock bag, saves bread crumbs and time. Also, I used ultra low fat italian dressing and it was still fabulous, and healthier, too!

Tortillas I

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2001
Fabulous recipe! I'll never buy them from the store again! I used bread flour, and found that they stayed nice and soft for days afterwards. And my beau just loves them!

French Bread

Reviewed: May 28, 2001
I found this bread very quick and easy to make. And, wow! Did it ever turn out great! I've never made french bread before, and it was way better than the stuff you buy in the store! The only problem was trying to keep the loaves for more than a day! They get eaten right from the oven! Fabulous recipe!

Traditional White Bread

Reviewed: May 28, 2001
This bread turned out wonderfully! Not too fluffy, but a nice, soft, tasty bread. I no longer buy my bread from the store, I use this instead! I substituted margarine for the lard, and it's still great! It doesn't get stale too quickly either!

A really nice and quick dish to make for dinner. I loved the flavour, and it's easy enough to whip up for a meal even after a long day at work. I make it all the time, now!

I absolutely loved this recipe! Quite simple, and it made a wonderful moist chocolatey cake. I even made cupcakes with this recipe!

Pancakes

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2000
These are just like the pancakes my mum used to make! I hate the fluffy kind, and these are fantastic! More like a crepe, really. My favourite way to serve these is with lemon juice and sugar - a "Britishism" I think. My fella just loves these kind, too, as he is also not a fan of the "flapjack" type.

Garlic Ginger Chops

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2000
A bit on the salty side - due to the soya sauce, I think - but a very nice recipe. I just cut down a bit on the soya sauce, and used the "light" kind, and it's much better. Very nice with rice and oriental veg.

Burrito Pie

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2000
A wonderful recipe, but WAY too hot... and I've grown up with hot, spicey foods. Just lay off the hot ingredients a bit, and it's fabulous! Definitely easy, and it's even better the second day!

Fruity Granola Bars

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2000
Fantastic granola bars, and fairly easy to make. I suggest that you flatten in into the pan ASAP when it's finished cooking, otherwise they end up falling apart at the drop of a hat. I've made it with various combinations of dried fruit.

Apple Pork Chops

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2000
I love this recipe! It's very quick and easy, and it tastes fantastic!! I just serve it with mashed potatoes and corn. My hubby can't eat onions, but it tastes great even if you leave them out. Lovely for fall and winter.

Absolutely FABULOUS chocolate cake. Not too heavy, not to light... I made cupcakes out of it as well, and will continue to use this recipe as my main one for chocolate cake! And it's so quick and easy to make! I'm gonna get fat!!

Not exactly a low fat recipe, but it was incredibly good! Very easy, too! Easy to remember, so you don't have to get out the recipe box every time you want to make it, and I plan on making it ALOT!!
