Wow, up until tonight we referred to pork chops as pork chips around our house. Tonight I tried this recipe and they turned out fabulous. They were tender and moist and extremely tasty! I followed the directions exactly except that I mixed both the egg and crumb mixtures in pie plates instead of small bowls. Thanks Elisaw! I know I will be making these often.
