I accidently bought a large can of V8 juice last year for a chili recipe. My family loves it, I add diced tomatos with ground beef and stew meat instead of turkey. I think this recipe is close to having it all, we can always change up the ingrediants especially spices, that is the fun part of coming here and getting ideas.

Rock Salt Encrusted Prime Rib

Two thumbs up! I halved this recipe for my smaller roast. Used Johnny's Au Jus, its the best out there. You can google it and order from company in Tacoma, WA. Best prime rib we ever had!

It's Chili by George!!

This recipe is the best chili I've ever made, the only change I made was totally accidental. I bought store brand tomato juice which I noticed as I was pouring it in the pot was actually vegatable juice, I'm sticking with the veggie juice because this was so awesome!

Dill Pickles

Simple and delicious, my first time out making pickles and my family is impressed. No one could wait two months to try them, they are just right and very crunchy!
