Focaccia Bread

I love this recipe. I had hoped to duplicate the Rosemary Focaccia bread from Wholefoods Market, and while this recipe didn't get the light fluffiness I was looking for it became a perfect fit for pizza dough. Crazy idea? maybe, but my family enjoys it!

Frosty Pumpkin Pie

While tasty it didn't have enough pumpkin flavor for my pumpkin pie lovers. So I doubled the pumpkin and halved the ice cream which satisfied my pumpkin pie lovers. Over all a recipe worth keeping and making over and over.

Mom's Mandelbrot

Excellent recipe. Easy to make and follow. The first time I made these I kept to the recipe. Now (a year later) I use 1 cup almond, 1/2 cup 73% bittersweet chocolate. The almonds get chopped in a Bullet so I get a mix of almond dust, and chunks that help reduce the stickiness. This has become a family favorite.

My husband says this is the best bread I have ever made. Thanks! We add an extra 1/4 cup of honey to the dough and a teaspoon of honey to the egg wash.

Bagels II

These turned out excellently by following the recipe exactly. Now I'm going to turn this into an onion bagel and cinnamon raisin bagel and cut about 4 mins off the bake time to reduce how brown they got in my oven.

Buttery Soft Pretzels

These are great. The only change I made was to substitute Sea salt (from bulk) for the Kosher topping. This is now one for my top 5 favorite bread recipes.
