I see all the reviews that said there is too much salt....I LOVE salt, I didn't see there was a problem to this recipe. (Plus, what is great with pancakes??? BACON = salt) I used a 1/2 and 1/2 mix of whole wheat flour to plain all-purpose flour, added vanilla AND almond extract, otherwise I went with the recipe and served pancakes with bananas, pecans and homemade syrup and WOW!, they were the BEST pancakes I have EVER had. Thank you to the author for this one! Saved to my favs.
