My favorite family cooking traditions
cabbage rolls, cheese crepes, perogies, mixed fruit salad (cooked) especially at holiday times.
My cooking triumphs
Having to cook for banquets, big dinners at church for crowds.my favourite being a stuffed chicken dish or chicken with cranberry-marmalade-sauce over chicken. yummy.
My cooking tragedies
made a salad and added to much cayenne pepper. wow was it hot or what! ended up rinsing it under the tap and trying to undo the mistake. still too hot . made for 150 people. i am reminded about it every so often.
