Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2014
This soup is so delicious! Oh my gosh! I changed a few things because i didn't have some of the ingredients but it was good anyway. I also added rice because why not. Bomb dot com. Seriously. Thank you.

Cream Cheese, Garlic, and Chive Stuffed Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2012
This was very good. I failed to take bacon out of the freezer so it wasn't wrapped. (I will wrap it next time to try the intended flavor) I seasoned the chicken with salt and pepper and added a little Parmesan cheese to the filling. I also put a touch of bacon grease on top of the chicken for that bacon flavor (no butter). There was no bacon flavor from that experiment, just some added fat. Lol! Thanks for this recipe. It's a keeper!

Whole Wheat, Oatmeal, and Banana Pancakes

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2013
This is delicious and healthy. I don't add the powdered milk ( because I don't have any) or oil. I add walnuts and a handful of chocolate chips. Yummy!

Special Turkey Gravy

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2011
I am using this recipe again this Thanksgiving and realized I haven't raved about it! My bad! I make this exactly as it says. I use the drippings inside the turkey and add a little water as "stalk" because it's Thanksgiving....the only day eating such horrendously fattening delight is socially acceptable and by god it comes out amazing! Use this recipe and then ruuuuun like Forrest because a moment on the lips is a lifetime on the hips people ;) ::please forgive the random ramble. I'm taking a break from baking and I don't want to go back::

Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2011
I baked this in the oven for 30 min @375 per another user. This was perfection. Light, flavorful, moist and delicious. I always bake meat dishes with a small amount of water in a separate dish directly under meat. It helps keep moisture so you can cut it with a fork.

I have been using this recipe a little over a year now. This is the best chicken recipe I've ever used and I'm a complete food snob.

This was very good! I didn't use flour and I added some milk to thin it out a bit. What a yummy dish on a night without much time.

Slow-Cooked Chili

Reviewed: Feb. 29, 2012
Very, very good! I used diced tomatoes with jalapeños, two cans of kidney beans and doubles the chili powder. No bell peppers because, in my opinion, they are not food. This was boost spicy at all. As a side we had honey cornbread. Everyone was happy.

Whipped Cream

Easy and delicious. I made this to top our pumpkin pie the night before Thanksgiving and added some Pumpkin Spice and a half cup sugar vs the full cup. I'm not sweets biggest fan.

Very good. It wasn't to sweet just the way I like it! It would have been better but I made the crust which was a nice crust but, well, I am a terrible pie crust maker.

Perfect Pie Crust I

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2010
Nice crust and easy to work. I use a cup of shortening and 1/2 cup butter for the flaky and richness I prefer. I used this for an apple pie I made with my daughter. We also sprinkled Cinnamon on top. Cinnamon makes everything better.
