Mama's Best Broiled Tomato Sandwich

This was so good! I made it for supper tonight and we really enjoyed it. I made one sandwich exactly like the recipe and changed the rest to suit our tastes. I give it five stars just like it is written, but it really became special with bacon and mozzarella cheese added!

Master Recipe for Rich and Creamy Cheesecake

I agree-this is the absolute BEST cheesecake recipe I have ever tried-and everyone who tastes it says the same thing! I like plain cheesecake, so that is how I made it: nice and simple. I have made it 2 weeks in a row now, and need to make 2 next week for Christmas. They both turned out beautiful! Flavor is wonderful, texture is smooth and creamy, very light tasting. I will not be looking for another recipe again! Thank you so much for sharing!

Cranberry Scones

These were the best scones I have ever eaten! Very light and full of flavor! I used a dried berry mix (blueberry, cranberry, and cherry) instead of fresh cranberries, and instead of making the butter, I melted 2 Tbsp. butter and added 1/3 c. powdered sugar. I pulled the scones out when they still had about 2 minutes to go, and brushed it on top. Then I finished baking the scones and served them hot with homemade Devonshire Cream. They don't get any better than this recipe!

Easy Pancakes

This is my new favorite pancake recipe! I adjusted the recipe to 2 teaspoons of baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. I also added a splash of vanilla. These are excellent! Thank you!

Marinated Grilled Shrimp

This was THE BEST shrimp recipe I have ever made! I didn't have hot pepper sauce, so I used a small amount of red pepper flakes, and I also substituted ketchup for the tomato paste (I didn't want to open a can just for a tablespoon!) and it was excellent! I love this recipe and will make it many more times! Thanks for a wonderful recipe!!!

Cabbage Rolls II

We loved this! I added carrots and used spring onions from my garden, but other than that I followed the recipe exactly. I ended up making two, and am glad I did. This is a recipe I will make again! Very easy!

Beth's Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cookies are so addictive! I wanted to find a recipe like this for years! The only thing I changed, was that I used all butter. I always use butter, because I like the flavor better. They are soft and chewy, and they stay that way!
