Candy Cane Popcorn
I added Christmas M&Ms and peanuts to the mixture for some sweet and salty goodness. Also I followed some other reviewers' advice and used white chocolate chips. We loved it. But I had to divide it into two batches because I didn't have a big enough bowl for mixing. In one half, I sprinkled the candy cane, M&Ms, and peanuts into the popcorn while I was melting the chocolate. This doesn't work because the candy cane doesn't stick to the popcorn. Make sure to add the chocolate to the popcorn before the candy cane.

Mozzarella Puffs
Following the suggestions, I made half with oregano and half with garlic powder. I also didn't bake with the pizza sauce but used the sauce for dipping. We preferred the garlic ones to the oregano, but in general they weren't anything special. Next time I may try them with pepperoni added as some suggested to be a quick, fun meal for kids. Otherwise I'll keep the recipe for a quick football game appetizer if we get in a pinch, but probably won't make them as a side dish on a regular basis.

Triple Fudge Brownies
I needed a brownie quick - and only had cake mixes in the cupboard, but this recipe worked great! I don't have as 15x10 inch pan, but followed someone's suggestion to split the batter between a 9x13 and 8x8. That was the best part, because then I had the pan I needed to take with me and one to keep home and enjoy. The thickness of the batter made them more challenging to spread out in the pan, but they seemed to level quite well while they were baking so it wasn't necessary to make the top perfectly smooth when spreading the batter.
