Classic Chicken Noodle Soup

This is DELICIOUS!! I used dried parsley instead of fresh. And used baby carrots for a little sweetness in the bite. Fantastic recipe! Thanks for sharing!

Salmon and Pesto with Rice

My husband and I love pesto, so this was a great recipe. The pesto got absorbed into the salmon, and it was so delicious! I served it over some rice. It was superb! Thanks for the great recipe!

Quinoa Vegetable Soup

This was great. However, it doesn't look very appealing, but still tasty. I added some grilled chicken and it tasted wonderful.

This was FANTASTIC! I made one addition. I added rice to the pan, and the proper amount of chicken broth ( whatever amount of water the rice calls for it to be made) This way it turned out to be a one pan dish. The rice absorbed some of the flavor of the chicken. Plus, the chicken broth keep the chicken moist. I will definitely make this again.
