Mini Pumpkin Butterscotch Muffins

AWESOME! These are super moist and super yummy. I did like other posters said and removed them from the pan quickly as the butterscotch chips will stick to the pan.

Green Pepper Tomato Salad

Neat Sloppy Joes

Excellent! It is sweet, but aren't sloppy joes supposed to be sweet? The only change I made was to do 1/2 cup of celery and 1/2 cup green pepper. My 3 year old and 15 month old gobbled them um, saying, "mmmmm...mmmmm...mmm."

Beer Butt Chicken

This chicken was amazing. I didn't change the recipe at all. I did baste it several times while it was cooking. I will definitely be making it again.

Mom's Best Waffles

These waffles were very yummy. I did add an extra tablespoon of sugar and a tsp. of vanilla. They were not fluffy, but that didn't matter to my family as the taste was so glad. I'm going to freeze the leftovers as others have suggested.

Chocolate Candy Bar Cake

Excellent! I left out the nuts just because there were going to be kids eating it and I added vanilla to the frosting. It was very tasty and is a recipe you can really adapt to your own personal tastes.

Hamburger Pie

This was surprisingly tasty. My 2 1/2 even ate it. I did use green beans from the garden, added some garlic powder, and covered the hamburger in cheese too. Next time, I think I'll make it in a round casserole dish to cover all the hamburger completely.

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

I used a packet of dried onion soup mix because I didn't have the condensed kind and it was still awesome. I did add a little worcestershire to it too.

Chicken 'n' Biscuits

This recipe is great and simple. I used fresh veggies from my garden, but frozen will work well too. Next time, I might add a little salt. I didn't have any biscuit mix so I used a can of pre-made biscuits and split them in half to have enough to cover the pan. Delicious!

American Potato Salad

This was excellent potato salad! I had many compliments and requests for the recipe. I did use Yukon Gold potatoes instead of red and I added a bit of mustard---but everything else was the same.

Blackberry Spinach Salad
