Very good. I followed the advice of other raters and melted the caraml first. I also varied one of the batches by using Ghiradelli caramel filled squares and melted them on top of the pecans. I found that it's best to melt the Ghiradellis for 15 secs in the microwave and then put on top and in the overn. Mmmmm. I gave it 4 stars for having to alter the recipe as it was given.

Cream Cheese Penguins

Very cute! I followed the advice of others and got whipped cream cheese. Also, covered a cheese ball with cream cheese as suggested. Darling for my Christmas party! Contrary to other opinions, I didn't think they were bland. Tasted like olives and cream cheese!

Portobello Mushroom Burgers

Rocky Road Turtle Cake

Wonderful cake!!! I had some people over for a birthday dinner and they raved about it. I didn't put much of the marshmallows on top, as it was perfect without it and looked beautiful. Will definitely save this recipe for future use.

Tri-Colored Pasta with Feta Cheese

Very colorful and tasy! I would recommend tossing the pasta with the olive oil, vinegar, and pepper before adding the other ingredients. Will definitely make again.
