Dish Pan Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2012
This recipes is a staple in our house, especially at Christmas time. I always have requests for the recipe! We don't care for raisins or dates, so we substitute toffee bits and chocolate chips. I love that it makes so many cookies, as we have a lot of holiday functions and it is nice to throw some on a tray and go! My favorite thing about them is the crunch of the cornflakes in the chewy cookie.

Ranch Dressing II

Reviewed: May 23, 2011
BEST. RANCH. DRESSING. EVER. I substituted a few fresh herbs because it's what I had but I think it will be just as good with the dried. I will definitely be making this again. It tasted like a house made dressing from a high end restaurant.

Sloppy Joe Sandwiches

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2010
I, too am a Manwich junkie, but these were the best sloppy joes we have ever had! My husband, who is VERY picky about sloppy joes told me that I didn't have to buy canned stuff anymore. Delicious!

Italian Dressing Mix

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2010
OH! MY! GOODNESS! I was looking for an emergency substitute for my favorite boxed pasta salad mix. I will never use that stuff again. I doubled the recipe (reducing the oil just a bit) and tossed with a pound to tri color pasta. Best pasta salad we have ever had! (and we are kinda snobby about pasta salad)
