Bacon Roll Ups II

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2003
I thought this recipe was good, however, I used the onion and chive cream cheese which I did not particularly care for. I would have used the garlic cream cheese, but could not find any anywhere. I also used a thicker bread, which helped when spreading the cream cheese. I served these this past weekend at my christmas party, and I got tons of compliments, and a clean plate. Next time I may try the plain cream cheese simply for me. Everyone loved them!

Best Peach Cobbler Ever

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2003
This recipe was good if you are looking for a cake like cobbler. I would double up the crust recipe, as I felt my was alittle thin. I mixed some brown sugar and nutmeg in the batter. I also used nectarines in place of the peaches. Yummy!

All I have to say is DELICIOUS!!!! Yummy and so very easy. I used the french vanilla pudding as suggested, but used milk chocolate frosting. I use this recipe often, and it is always a huge hit!!!

American-Italian Pasta Salad

Reviewed: May 21, 2003
I made this for a family function and got RAVE reviews. I made it the night before, and allowed the dressing to really set in. I added some peppers (green, yellow and red), pepperoni, olives and chunks of cheese. I will use this recipe again. Thank you Carol.

I altered this recipe just a litte by using chocolate pudding instead of vanilla. This was a big hit with vanilla cake. It is cool and refreshing on a hot summers day. This one's a keeper for me!!

I thought this recipe was great. I used 1 cup of butter, and substituted 1 cup of butter flavor crisco with 6 tablespoons of water. The cookies were very tastey and moist. I also used 2cups of vanilla chips and 2 cups of butterscotch chips...yummy!!
