Syrian Bread
I made these to go with some italian sausage soup. I brushed with a little italian seasoned garlic butter and sprinkled with parmesan cheese. Not a traditional pita, I know, but they were fabulous! We were eating them warm right out of the oven! yummy! I used leftover pitas for pizza crusts for my kids' lunch. Perfect to let them "decorate" their own and carry it to the oven. love this bread idea...so versatile!

Dee's Roast Pork for Tacos
I used pork loin with the layer of fat trimmed off. I added about a cup of chicken broth, some cumin and a quartered onion and left in the crockpot until tender. Then I shredded, added a bit more chicken stock and let sit in the juices until dinnertime. Fabulous! Served with Mexican rice and quacomole on soft shells....yummy!!!!!

Cardamom Braid
Great recipe. I added extra sugar, as the bread I grew up with was a bit sweeter. I also made 2 smaller loaves and baked at 325 since 350 made my first loaves a bit dark on the bottom. Great bread machine recipe. The cardamom is perfect!
