Janet's Rich Banana Bread

This recipe won over my boyfriend's pre-teen daughter, who hadn't met me but decided she wouldn't like me. I left a batch of this and she asked her dad if she could text me to ask about the recipe -- and now we're kitchen buddies!

Best Marinara Sauce Yet

Easy, delicious, good. Made a bunch and used for different purposes throughout the week. Used my favorite Muir Glen canned tomatoes.

Swiss Chard with Pinto Beans and Goat Cheese

A little goat cheese goes a long way in this dish, which is good as it was expensive. I enjoyed the flavors and colors, will make again.
