Simple Salisbury Steak

I usually stay away from recipies that call for canned soup but this one is really good. I use about 1/2 cup crushed spicy pork rinds instead of bread crumbs to cut down on the carb content. I also throw in 1-2 cloves of minced garlic and sometimes I add some finely chopped jalapenos. I probably make this about once a month and serve it with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans cooked in bacon grease.

Serbian Ground Beef, Veggie, and Potato Bake

This was really good. I substituted green beans for the bell pepper and celery. Two potatoes would not have been enough. I had to use five. My wife complained about the cinnamon so I will leave that out next time.

Paula's Bread Sticks

The first time I made these, I only made 8 out of the dough. They were really good but rather large. Now I make 16 to a batch. I melt a tablespoon of butter, mix in some garlic salt and brush it on the bread sticks about five minutes before they are ready to come out of the oven. They taste alot like the bread sticks at the Olive Garden. Awesome, thanks.

Bread Machine Challah II

I experienced the same thing that I have read in the other reviews. The dough came out of the bread machine very sticky like a thick batter. At first I thought that I had measured the flour incorrectly. I just threw it on a floured surface and started kneading more flour into it. Finally, after about two more cups of flour, it looked like bread dough. I followed the rest of the instructions and it turned out really well. My wife and I both really liked it. The only alteration that I made was to substitute molasses for the honey because I didn't have any. I will next time because I will definitely make this again.
