Delicious Chickpea Curry

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2010
So wonderful I made it again right away! If you like spicy follow exactl. I didn't have fresh pears so I used canned ones and I though it worked perfectly. The second time I made it I was down to one can of chickpeas so I doubled the sweet potato. My husband preferred it, I thought it was really woderful both times, I can't wait to make it again!

Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2009
I love recipes that are easily personalized. I made two batches, one with dried cranberries and one with dried cherries. I used almonds in both because that's what I had. I really was surprized at how easy these were to make. They are half gona and aren't even going to last until christmas. I listened to the other reviews and went and bought light olive oil. Glad I did because these are delicious!

Spinach and Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta

Reviewed: May 14, 2009
Very tasty. Made a double recipe. Used a little less oil and less vegetable stock (amount recommended for one recipe) Glad I did, I think it would have been to much liquid.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2009
This was really delicious. I couldn't find sage turkey sausage so I used sage pork sausage. I also used some fresh herbs and unseasoned stuffing (pre-dried bread) I cooked it on it's own in a casserole dish until the edges got a little crispy. I now have to make the stuffing every year.

I made this for a bake sale at school. They were easy, looked beautiful, and sold out. they didn't get soft being out in the open which was a concern.
