Antipasto Squares

I baked the bottom garlic crescent roll crust for 6 ", spread that with sun dried tomato pesto (can't handles peppers) and laid out all the towel dried meats and cheeses before topping with the other garlic crust. I forgot to put the foil on it until about 20" into the baking, so I did it backwards and it turned out perfectly ! I did have the oven at 400 deg. since I was baking something else at the same time, but it did not dry out or get too brown. It was a hit and everyone wanted the recipe.

Garbage Can Turkey

My hostess used mesquite flavored charcoal and the meat was so juicy and flavorful, I couldn't believe it had only cooked for 2 hours ! There was a faint charcoal hint to the flavor, which I love.
