Salmon Hash With Potatoes & Dill

Overall - a Great flavour combination. I was a bit unsure of ketchup and mustard...but it turned out very tasty. I will keep this recipe but would cut out some of the oil. I was intending to make 2 portions but ended up eating it all in one go! I added some capers to add a bit of zing - but quite fine without them.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Quite nice but I didn't double the sauce, so didn't have enough to baste during cooking. I cooked at a lower temp as well. The flavour didn't really come through as much as I expected and it was starting to dry out.

Curried Cumin Potatoes

Quick, easy and very tasty! I made these as per recipe but after reading others comments, added a little lite coconut cream and chicken stock. They were a wonderful addition to my South Indian Lamb on rice.

Thai Beef Salad

I am not a big fan of mint, so left it out. I also used a little less sugar. I loved the sauce -it was like a flavour burst that was quite well balanced, fresh and delicious. I have added this to my recipe collection!

Vietnamese Aromatic Lamb Chops

I found that the meat was nice and tender (after marinating overnight) with lots of flavour throughout. Was nice for a change.

Oregano Cubed Potatoes

I cubed the potatoes a bit small and they stuck to the baking dish. They were still a good addition to my main meal, but I was not used to the lemon zing so would probably leave that out next time.

Simple Grilled Lamb Chops

I found that the meat was tender but had no flavour (I marinated 2 hrs but didn't add the extra spices). The onions were the best part of the dish.

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

This is better than an alfredo sauce I learnt to make at Italian cooking class! It is now part of my recipe collection, and I have passed it on to others as well!

Tom Ka Gai (Coconut Chicken Soup)

I absolutely love this recipe! I have made it twice and will keep on making it. I slightly cut down the fish sauce and turmeric and added fresh kaffir lime leaves and lemongrass. I also used chicken stock instead of water (as other's suggested)and added red pepper near the end of cooking for colour. Delish!!! Thanks so much for sharing this.

The Best Zucchini Fritters Ever

I found the fritters a bit tasteless. I would use less flour and add more to spice them up if I make it again. Nice texture though and they remained intact and looked good when browned.
